Storing Gear for the Long Term?

Generally I like to buy in bulk and I got a nice bonus from work so I figured I would buy a few years worth of test, deca, eq to go along with the test and tren I already have.

The last order I made was seized by customs, but luckily my supplier reshipped and it got through; so I also want to keep plenty on hand just so I don’t have to worry about any potential bumps in the road. I have several blasts planned over the next couple years in anticipation of getting on stage larger and in better condition.

Up until now I have always just stored unopened vials in a box in a closet but never had this much on hand. Everything is in multi dose vials except the tren that’s in amps.

How does everyone else store their long term supply of gear? I’ve considered buying a college sized mini fridge to store it in, in the garage, if keeping it cool is important. Or can I just continue to keep it in a box in a closet?

That’s what I do. My oldest stuff in there is 3 years, I think

I keep mine in a box in the closet. Not sure about refrigeration, I don’t think it’s needed for oil based injectables. Refrigeration would probably recrystallize it, but I doubt that would harm it. You could try something closer to wine cooler temperatures to keep it cool and dry.

I have never had gear that has more than 2 years left on the date thats written on a package. Sometimes its even less than a year.

gear will remain fine many years after expiration date

I don’t think you want to chill it. You might be crystallization. You can reheat it to fix that, but most stuff lasts a long time post expiration.

I have zero experience in the area of non-Rx purchases, but I believe that if your order hits a certain volume, the authorities consider you have purchased for resale and you are therefore a dealer, with significant criminal penalties. I have no idea what that level is.
You might want to check that out.

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER refrigerate gear!!! If the hormone gets cold enough it will revert back to crystalline form. If it does that then it is crashed.

Na. A little heat and it will bounce right back. Run it under hot water and it will be as good as new.

Have you ever done this with anything other than test enanthate?. . .and purposely miss storing gear just because you think you can salvage it if it crashed…am I missing something?

i agree on both sides here …no reason to refrigerate but also yes tren , dhb , mast can all be brought back from crashed with a little heat

I wonder if their is an oil that lasts longer than others? Like mct or mig840 (I think that’s what it’s called lol I’m no brewer)

Isn’t that what goes bad? The carrier oil? Pharma seems to all be standard oils (cotton seed grape seed etc…). A lot of ugl seem to be using other stuff.

My ugl uses cotton seed oil. I think most of the ugl brands just copy expression date protocols from pharma brands. I mean do you think even the best ugls are doing that testing to see potency after 3 years. Maybe, but I doubt it. The stuff probably loses a bit of potency, but would still be pretty good at double the expiration date.

Oh I fully agree, I was just curious about the oils and how they differ in breakdown. If I’m not mistaken it’s the oil that goes rancid and causes gear to “go bad”. Wonder if certain oils lend themselves to long term storage better than others

Perhaps. The Benzyl alcohol will preserve the oil for quite a long time. Synthetic oils may not go rancid as fast (I’m actually not sure about this either), but they also tend to cause more allergic reactions and PIP from my experience.

You need to find a domestic source. USPS Priority mail packages are protected from search without a warrant. I ship and receive a lot of gear thru the US mail without issue.

I could order domestically, but cost is a significant factor. My seized order was reshipped and came through no problem.
