E2 is generated where you need it when you need it, so serum test saren’t even that great of a way to know what your E2 really is

Lovely, my first doc said the same thing about testosterone. Homeostasis is a wonderful thing - but understand its broken in everyone here hence the need to fiddle with hormones.
