OHP: 103 x 2, 1, 1, 1 + 102 x 2 x 1 + 97 x 2 x 2.

5 sets of chins + squat: 132 x 3 + 127 x 2 x 3

OHP: 92 x 6.5, 4, 3 + Bench press: 92 x 3 x shit-loads-of-reps!!!

6 sets of chins + squat: 92 x 17, 15, 15 + Row: 125 x 7

OHP: 95 x 6, 4, 4 + Bench press: 95 x 30, 20 + 3 sets of tricep extensions + some bw squats.

NEW CARDIO GOAL: 150 BW SQUATS (currently untested).

Mate you really need to put lbs instead of kgs, your log would be more popular let me tell you

Feeling a lil tired to day so just did a few sets of chins & rowed: 110 x 20 (5kg PR!).

OHP: 97 x 5, 4, 3 + Bench press: 97 x 27, 20…yorkshire pud + beans + mince for post-work-out meal…mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!! Oh I & also did 70 continuous bw squats (I think 85 or so is my best).

5 sets of chins + squat: 112 x 10, 8, 9

OHP: 98 x 5, 3, 3 + Bench press: 98 x 27, 20 + 3 sets of tricep extensions.

5 sets of chins + squat: 114.5 x 10, 7, 7 + Row: 114 x 16

OHP: 100 x 4, 3, 2, + Bench Press: 100 x 25, 15 + 3 sets of tri extensions.

5 sets of chins + squat: 117 x 7, 3, 3.

OHP: 102 x 4 x 2 + Bench Press: 102 x 22, 15

5 sets of chins + squat: 122 x 5 x 3

OHP: 103 x 3, 2, 2, 2…abbreviated, yet good sesh…a 115kg OHP I feel is now almost within reach…maybe doable just before christmas!

Right knee felt a bit funny, so just did 5 sets of chins today.
