Stomach Fat

Yes.
Professor X wrote:
If so, what the hell is wrong with you?
Misanthropy. Bitter, bitter misanthropy.

Is somebody putting these figures in fortune cookies or something? I’ve gained about twice that in the past year with just about every disadvantage imaginable except that I had some idea of what I was doing which actually may be the greatest advantage of all.

Many here seem to just love putting limits on everyone and everything. Someone who is near the upper range of what they can achieve may be that limited or more, but no beginner needs to think they can only gain 10lbs in a year.

Then again, with so many of them being so afraid to eat, I doubt they will even gain that much.

You could try lipo suction. If I could afford it, I’d do it. I work plenty hard a little help wouldn’t bother me.

I’m not one to do this but possibly, could this be, maybe, a troll?

Christ, talk about overkill…

Amen.

I hate to agree with Rainjack, but I’m afraid in this it can’t be avoided.

Thank you, guru. This guy is a newb. Telling someone who does NOT know how to eat or train that they need to “drop body fat” is just like telling them to drop muscle as well.

Why? Because they are more than likely in the dark about what it takes at all to maintain their muscle mass while dieting (which is not such a simple task for someone inexperienced who has never actually built much mass in the first place).

Therefore, telling a newb who is already on the thin side that they need to lose more fat to see abs is completely ridiculous. They will no doubt do like most people and drop an equal amount of muscle and fat tissue meaning that as he loses weight, he becomes even LESS muscular.

But of course, don’t let any of that stop you as you continue on your Crusade to make sure that this site caters to every weekend warrior and SlimFast guzzling newbie who logs in with 14" arms and an itch to get their abs visible by Springbreak.

With any luck, you can get him down to a lean and mean 155-160lbs and every skeleton hanging on a stick in a biology college classroom will be very impressed with the result.
