Still living Longer Stronger question for Dr.Darden

I have both Living longer Stronger and Still Living longer Stronger. Several of your other books as well.

I have noticed that you seem to be moving away from stranding lateral raises and db pullovers. Both were listed as the best db exercise in the Living Longer Stronger book.

As we age do you think overhead presses and rows are enough? Or just safer as we age? Thanks

No. I still like standing lateral raises and pullovers with dumbbells for older people. You should work them back into your workouts.
