Still Feel Like Crap, No Energy

had two knee replacements in 4 months ,ever since then felt tired and gained weight …went to get checked low t…put me on androgel 1 pump each shoulder ,brought my levels up still feel not right ,doctor would not increase androgel so iam doing bioidentical testerone shots…its been 5 weeks still feel weak and tired…here are my before and after andrgel numbers ,no numbers yet on shots wants to wait for 6 months ,does anyone see anything here that is wrong…ty so much for your knowledge

You may have adrenal fatigue from the surgeries and pain. Are you totally off pain meds now? Adrenal fatigue takes away your energy.

How much T do you inject and how often? Report in mg’s, not ml’s.
