Used HCG. Never had any problems with salt water nor bacteriostawhatever water. Salt water stings just a little bit for a couple of seconds, but that’s about it.

Single ply, IIRC. There were several 600+ benchers, some 500 raw.
830 would be like #2 all time, no?
I have no idea. He toured around with one of those Christian Strength teams for a while, Omega force or some such thing. It was a serious gym, with some serious lifters. I think it’s best to go where the biggest, strongest guys are and not be the big fish in a small pond. So that’s what I did.
