can any body recomend a good steroid for increasing ones vertical jump? and no im not a noob ive been working out for some time now and have hit a platue. i currently have a standing 36inch vert and would like to go to 38 or 40. any help would be appretiated. please excuse the spelling.
Have you tried JumpSoles? they work fairly well
