Dude you know alot about this guy…did he scorn you?
Dude, two close friends of mine own crossfit gyms…and the inner circle of crossfit is full of lulz.

Why are you worried?
I’m not, I was actually curious. It was hilarious seeing him on my end though…I’ve seen you talking about him in a couple threads and I concocted this idea of what he looked like in nmy head…far, far from what he actually looks like.

Google “greg glassman” image search…he looks like a drunken hobo.

He is my hero, hobbies include day drinking, whoring and being rich.

I don’t know anything about the guy, but based on the above, I like him already!

Hardcore bulk belly. When he cuts it’s gonna expose gains far beyond your average natty.

This is one of arguments cross fitters (including Froning) have used to defend themselves against steroid claims. They all like to say well why would we take steroids. They may make you big and strong but they slow you down.
Just ask Lance Armstrong, Ben Johnson, Tyson Gay, Assafa Powell and Sherone Simpson (just to have a short list of names)… PED’s definitely slow you down ;)
Right. Here is a fun sports fact. If you do nothing else but run, if you’re a runner, bike if you’re a biker, lift if you’re a lifter, or swing a bat if you’re a hitter, on steroids you will do those things better.

I got 358.1.

Apparently I’m huge…or maybe I don’t remember how to Please Excuse My Dear Aunt Sally.

In my defense, I looked up the formula and I believe the formula posted on the site has an error and is missing a crucial division sign.

Reminds me of Office Space when they put the decimal in the wrong spot.

I’m not making fun of you my math skills are extremely sub par

Someone want to run my numbers? I’m worse at math than Beans

H: 1.803 Meters (71 inches)
W: 94kg
BF: 14 or 15 I guess?!?

Gracias mi amigos!

%15 = 24.6
%14 = 25.1

If you were 270 lbs, 5’ 10", and %20 you’d be at 31.

The more I play around with the numbers, the less I believe in the accuracy of the formula, which is really what the article is centered around. There’s probably a sweet spot (maybe 165 - 185?) where it’s somewhat accurate, but the farther away you get, the less accurate it is.
