How about deloading every 4rth week? just drop total reps and weight to 50% for a week each 4th and see what happens. If you feel like youre training over your recovery potential, just make it easier?
Cheers,
Chris

Not nearly enough protein, or cals in general man. Not if that’s accurate. I have a feeling your body is currently doing its best to hold on to what fat it has, with muscle-building being a lower priority due to lack of resources. You really should pick one goal and stick with it for now bro, lose fat or gain muscle.

On Power days I rest 4 minutes between sets. On Hyportophy days anywhere from 1 minute to 3 minutes.
I don’t know how people take in their body weight with protien but on good days I get around 178 grams of protien, 130-140 carbs and about 2,000 calories… [/quote]
It’s not hard at all. Have you ever used a calorie calculator? Do you even know what your maint. cals should be? Cause you are WAY under. It’s no wonder that you are feeling gassed lately, you have no fuel. Figure out what diet/eating lifestyle works for you and then tweak it as needed. KISS (keep it simple stupid). I can tell you that you don’t have to follow the traditional dogma of eating, NO MATTER WHAT THEY TELL YOU! Move meals around. Try different timings, proportions, etc. Some days I only eat 2 meals, granted they are huge, but they fall into my macros and are timed around my activity so it works, well. On those days when I only have two meals, each one has over 100 grams pro in whole foods. Figure out how to make it work for you and then attack it.
