i want to try the steroid diet, but without using steroids or prohormone, may be i’ll use Tribex-500 (3caps per day), and i’ll want to make some changes to the diet:
protein : 1g/ lb of bodyweight
carb: 1g/lb of bodyweight
fat : 50-60g
i’m now 200lbs, around 15% bodyfat.
will such changes on the diet and the use of Tribex-500 help me keep my muscle and lose fat?
