Dishonorable discharges are saved for pretty serious offenses. You would probably get one for selling steroids, but if you are caught doing them it will either get brushed under a rug or you will get general or oth depending on your command. That being said, I recommend not doing steroids, especially if you are serving in a strict environment like the military.
