Steroid Beginner

Hi, guys I’m 5’6 234lbs Body fat 26%. I have done ecerything possible to drop weight and gain muscle, even when I was deployed to Iraq. I ran lifted, and joined a nution program but nothing works. Maybe I’m genetically screwed. t was hard to keep up with the military runs and my endurance was shot at war. My friend spoke to me about doing a cycle of steroids. I know it is not a magic pill and has to be taken responsibly and man up to the side effects. Can anyone please give me some info. Thanks

You dont need steroids. Period. Post your stats and a sample of your diet ( literally post exactly what you ate yesterday ) and your weekly training routine.

AAS will not be good for you at this point and honestly once you come off your going to lose alot of what you gained and will still be fatter than you like. Sides also come on alot stronger and you don’t respond to the drugs as well at high body fat. If you do anything at all I would recommend a Basic ECA stack, proper diet, and proper training all of which I doubt you know much about hence why you need to post what I have asked for if you want any help.

Also I hate to say it but because I used to be a ridiculous fat ass like embarrassed, low self esteem, damn near went bulimic out of desperation 250lbs with a 49in waist at 5’2"… I was 12 years old… I can say this … You didn’t grow a fat body over night so you damn well better stop hoping for you to drop it overnight.

About time, someone is damn honest and straight forward. Thanks reed I am going to do my best to achieve my goals

Yesterday Morning jogged around the neighborhood for 30min.
2 boiled eggs whites cottage cheese and whole wheat toast.

1030- 2 sliced apples with peanut butter

1200- salmon with brocolli and salad. lots of water

200- trailmix peanuts and almonds. lots of water

500 end meal- baked chicken breast no skin, brown rice and spinach salad. more water. what am I doing wrong?

You’re eating like a malnourished teenage girl.

If you can’t define measurements or macros and or the food you ate, you aren’t eating appropriately for your goals. There’s plenty of quality nutrition articles on this site to help you manage macros, timing and ratios.

You might not be loosing because you’re not eating enough. It seems counter intuitive that more food = weight loss, but it can be the case. I would start a thread in the beginner section or nutritional section for further advice.

This man. I honestly bet your starving your self especially with the extra cardio. Start a thread in the begginners section like suggested above and I and a bunch of others will be glad to help you out.

Yup, fix your diet first. Right now I’d guess you’d probably benefit most from a paleo/ keto diet. Throw in some Indigo and Carbolin 19 and stick with the diet for at least 3 months. You should see results. (So no whole wheat toast and crap like that). Cheaper, safer and healthier than steroids anyway.
You would respond better to steroids with lower body fat% and being better trained/ conditioned. Right now you would probably gain a bunch of water/fat weight and possibly grow a set of tits and increase your health risks.

You haven’t done “everything possible to drop weight and gain muscle” and I think you know that. You wouldn’t be asking for advice otherwise. You just haven’t done the things that would work for you and you need to find out what would but I’m pretty sure you’re not “genetically screwed”.
Maybe you need to educate yourself a bit more on this. You could download Kindle for computer (free) and buy Rippetoe’s starting strength, Wendler’s 5/3/1 and Robb Wolf’s the paleo solution (about $10 each).

Eat more (but less carbs), lift heavy and often, jog less (sprints or weighted vest walks work better)
Good Luck (as an expression, you don’t need luck).
