2 pounds lighter(wrong direction). Will be squatting later.

So I finally got back to doing lower body. Took it easy today. Definatelty have lost some strength. Will be resetting my working max again to 220.

Also, I’m just going to start my lifts all on new cycles.

I am going to be switching from 5-3-1 to the Texas Method. Will not be deadlifting today, though. My back is still hurt from that 400 lb pull months. If i do any DL, it will be very light.

My numbers for OHP 5x5 will be 90.

My working max for squat 5x5 will be 185.

Wednesdays will be an accessory day, I will still be squatting but will not be benching at all. Friday will go according to the program. After reading this program it got my attention. I am really excited to start it.

Hopefully everything goes well. Will be lifting after my BLAW test.
