Eye Dentist you are correct best advice ever… I contacted a speacilist and did 3 more rounds of labs and went over them with doc… Here is what I found I think other guys can beniffit from this.
HSV 1 & 2 IgG test for antibodies which take 12-16 weeks to show the fact that mine was 10.20 shows I’ve had the virus a very long time and built up a good defense… Also despite what people think most men and women have mild outbreaks so its possble I just never noticed as anything. The only way to test for a recent infection is to test a active sore… IgG can just show HSV 1 or 2 antibodies Igm they say is a outdated and useless test fyi
As far as Hep B I did a test called a antigen test which showed negative. The first test was a antibody test which showed positive. This means I had the virus at some point but my body cleared it. Most healthy people who catch hep B clear it in 6-12 Months… FYI most std tests are a panel of antibody tests.
So really In a nut shell Im fine bassically I had heb B at some time in my life. As far as the herp I likely had it years and never new. Doc said this is common with 85-90% of the people with the hsv 2 virus

This is true - I’m not saying don’t use condoms they will protect you reliably from much nastier things. I’m just saying that don’t expect them to protect you reliably from herpes.
Note that infected people will be shedding for some time before getting lesions and some people will have outbreaks that shed without lesions.
Basically every time you have sex with anyone you are playing the herpes lottery.
On the other hand herpes really isn’t that bad. The only real risk is if a woman gives birth during an outbreak (then the baby will probably get it in a horrendous way). Hence why pregnant women are tested and give drugs to suppress it prior to birth.
They only test women when women admit to dr they have herpes. In most cases they are not aware they have it. Roughly 90% of all people with the Virus dont know it. 1 in 4 women have it 1 in 5 dudes have it so satisticaly Im not the only bro in this thread with it. Also not all docs are up to speed. Only way to test for sure is a IgG HSV blood test…Some docs just swab privates. Which does you no good becuase if no out breaks nothing to test.
Also just to put some closure on this thread. Turns out I’ve had it 10-15yrs and just never knew…It had nothing to do with anyone cheating… So no need for drama she probably has it too and just doesnt know… IMO shes better off that way…Its a minor skin condition where the stigma far outreaches the actual virus
