I don;t do a lot of forced reps anymore, but for my last rep, when I know I’ve got nothing left in the tank, I like to hold the weight midrange until I totally fail. Feels great, and burns like hell. Really makes you see what you’re made of (I usually make some contorted faces, occassionally spit, grunt like a pig -lol)
