So my 5x5 cpuld start at 365 theb 3x3 at 405

Do one or the other, not both. If 3x3x405 you could add down sets if anything. Extra volume before work sets only serves to inhibit performance. Extra volume after = technique practice + hypertrophy.

Just keep it simple. Since you don’t really have any set time, fives and triples are always a good rep range. Sets don’t really matter. Just work something mildly heavy. Hit some singles once a month. Pretty basic is all you need.
