I know this is a bit off topic but this is a “pet hate” of mine - since when has saturated fat been bad for natural bodybuilders? Try eating no saturated fat (which is found is MOST anabolic foods favoured by bodybuilders)…and watch your sex drive/performance plummet LOL
Besides that, there IS saturated fat in free range organic chicken eggs, AKA OMEGA-3 Eggs, (about 1/3rd).

A 260 lb. 25% BF guy wouldn’t belong on stage just as much as a 5-7% BF 150 lb guy doesn’t belong on stage (we’re talking 5’9" here).
Tons of people can get really lean and step on stage, it doesn’t mean they should…
Do it properly, get a coach if you don’t know what you are doing. I personally don’t understand not doing something to the best of your ability. Go in to win it, if you don’t that’s the experience you need, not going through the motions and hoping for a result in your favour. This is not a thing you can dabble in and expect to well, it is a lifestyle that some people can’t adjust to, diet, socializing, training etc.
