Yes we are. Some have big problems as soon as their E2 get into the mid 30’s.
The lower your SHGB is the more free E2 you have fucking everything up. High SHGB guys can stand a lot of E2 because it is all bound up. All these preachers of let your E2 run have high SHGB or they are just miming something they read and have no clue what they are talking about they’ve never experience what we with mid to low SHGB feel or have to deal with.
Want to test this. Try their advice and see if your E2 normalizes or you just get used to it being high. Give it 6 months or even a year. When that blows up in your face, as it has for so many, you have two choices drop your T dose until you don’t need and AI or take your AI. It’s that simple.
.
Mid 30s is considered low for E2. The vast majority of the benefits of TRT are due to the conversion of T to E2. To see the full benefits of TRT, we are seeing the men above 60 pg/mL, with free T greater than 30 ng/dL doing the best. Men with naturally low levels of E2 are supplementing with it (yes, you read that right). Thousands of men. Not a single one is using an AI. Not a single one of them, including myself, has ‘E2 issues’. Trying to lower the exact thing that brings you the benefits is counterintuitive.
Interesting, however, my team of doctors disagree. Doesn’t mean you are wrong, nor does it mean that you don’t feel better with more E2.
Unfortunately, I do not feel better with more E2, I bloat, I have pock marks from water retention in my ankles and have a bloated appearance.
I felt FANTASTIC in the 20-35 ish range (based on Dr. estimates) then I maxxed out on concentration and felt like shit.
So we upped my AI and libido immediately (within 48 hours) has improved about 50%. So in my case the scientific and actual evidence is, my body doesn’t like high E2. Period.
Also, the MD’s indicated that there is no “rule.” Your in range or your not, your symptomatic or your not.
But unfortunately this is the case in my case. Pissy libido and lots of water. And much seems to have improved now that I’ve added a little more AI. Still very bloated though.
I did want to say, there could also be some other issues at play here. I believe I had metabolic syndrome for a very long time as a result of being out of shape, fat, and low T. The MD’s kind of implied that when discussing these things.
I had crazy ass sugars, which are now becoming stable, lots of energy, my body seems to be recomposing itself, my weight is totally stable despite the fact that I’ve visibly lost a ton of weight, and I’ve got real muscles… go figure.
But, I dropped about 30 pounds total since May. The month in the gym (and I mean almost every day) doing a serious protocol dropped me another 10 pounds of the aforementioned 30, and I’ve yet to drop any more. I seem to gain, lose, gain, balanced back. But its clear I’m dropping fat, slowly, but steadily and visually apparent.
So who knows, maybe my body is just in a mad rush of chaos at the moment.
Man, I also want to have 40 FT without doing TRT and risking fertility, but seems I cannot. We need to face reality and accept it, right? The world is harsh and we need to do whats needed by the situation.
@dbossa can very well explain to you why daily injections or daily/twice-daily cream are better for you
Its very good you are loosing weight. Being fat is terrible no matter on TRT or not. I just lost 7kg for 3 months
I can also strongly imply you start metformin if not already. For me it’s a wonder drug
I was about 10 weeks in before i started feeling like a machine. I felt no change the first month. However, i would feel run down prior to my weekly shot. After 9 weeks i got my dose bumped up. That is when i started to feel great.
Because only hypochondriacs who like to play doctor on themselves see any advantage of injecting T cyp daily. If you understood steady state and the half life of T cyp you would know why.
I think EOD or e3d is perfectly fine to start out with. If you run into problems, try ed. Plenty of guys feel great at weekly, I know it’s possible to feel better with higher frequency but the difference may not be significant for everyone
Im very sensitive to everything so I would not risk with anything other than ED. Also the HCG after week 6 I will add ED hope to be able to put both with one injection
I felt AWESOME at week 3. Honestly, like King of the world. Even the fat girls gave me a woody everytime I looked at them. My body has transformed significantly more than I’d ever expect, but I got off my ass and went to the gym everyday and followed an old fashioned body building regimen and 3x a week cardio. I look like I gained a LOT up top. Baggy empty skin all over in pockets. Then it all shut down bout the time I complained and my E2 had climbed a lot. It was like 1 hour between complaint and call back and blood work 2 days later which confirmed it. So they added a little tiny bit more anastrazole and we’ll see. Libido is better but not not what it should be. I think it needs a little more fine tuning. Also possible as I lose-- when I lose, more fat, the E2 will drop significantly.
Yes in American we call you guys snowflakes. There is nothing wrong with your T levels. You are not 20 years old any more. Get over it. Learn how to survive being 30+. Your T3 of 2.8 is also pretty dam normal. Your thyroid is fine stop looking for reason of just being lazy. Get you ass to the gym and stop thinking drugs will fix you.
