Start a Program?

I’ve been training consistently for the past 6 months and I’ve been doing/testing things such as rep ranges/speed for gains. My gains would stall for around 2 weeks but would eventually go up. I was thinking whether or not to continue doing what I’m doing or start a program such as 5/3/1. My goals are to get bigger, heavier and stronger.

What do you guys think? Would I be better off doing what I’m doing now then wait till I plateau to start a program or just start one right away?

Here are my current lifts(raw) at 185lbs:
Deadlifts 405x3
Squats 265x5
OHP 125x5
Bench 175x5

You’d be better off starting a real program. 5/3/1 is a good choice

Yup, do a run of 5/3/1, it works.
