That guy always busts his ass in the gym, his book is pretty decent from a motivational standpoint. Has a few decent pointers scattered throughout as well.

I have always been a fan of his movies even if he isnt the best actor floating around.
He has lost some size, I saw him when he came to Australia for the last rocky movie or rambo movie i can’t remember which one it was and he was alot bigger but not as cut.
He got caught with horse tranqs or something lol
I just saw The last Rambo last night. He was looking old but damn his forearms were still sick big!

You know, It’s awesome to see a man of his status still bust ass, just because. He’s not prepping for a role or anything, he’s just busting his ass training. That was refreshing.
On a side note, I’m impressed at the depth that he got on the hack squat machine. I’m not a machine fan by any means but if you’re getting up there in age they are definitely useful and less hazardous (and I completely understand why he uses them given his situation), and Sly was getting pretty damn deep with those squats.
Cool stuff. He looks fucking awesome for 60, or whatever. Hell, he looks damn good for 25 (Just not as much size as I’d want )

i think he is preparing for a new movie…The Expendables but who know imdb isn’t always accurate
still good to see him work hard
