Wanted to say thanks to Charles Staley for the DVD. Learned a ton, will be doing EDT after I finish the one lift a day program (I’m in the second week).

Not to hi-jack, but … well actually, since it’s me, it would be a lo-jack, but … run the OLAD program straight into EDT! Just a suggestion. I did OLAD with EDT paramaters long before I knew Charles Staley and Dan John were pals. It was awesome despite that fact!
