Planning on stacking some supps… for strength gains only. Here are
my plans either: 250 mg of 4-diol twice a day with 100mg more before
workout, all taken orally! Or tribex 500 two bottles worth, 3 pills twice a
day till they run out! Any suggestions or recommendations for me from
you guys and T-mag staff.
I followed one of the steroid stacks found here but used andro instead. i.e. 3 weeks on 1 week off, followed by 2 weeks on 4 weeks off and it kicked ass. Use the Tribex in your off weeks during an andro cycle and I throw in methoxy during the entire cycle because I’m infactuated with the stuff. If this cycle doesn’t look attractive run a search on “making sense of supplementation” on this site
Now, what do you think or how much, if taken orally, do you think I should take preworkout only? I just need to know how much to take, orally, like 30 min. or an hour before my workout of the 4-diol? I was thinking 50-100mg?
