The nice thing about this oral cycle is that you can come off quickly, like in this case and not have anything left floating around in your system for weeks.

But really vin you can’t move it ata all i had the same happen couldn’t lift it not one inch.

Torn rotator cuff take it easy and come back light if it is tore you may need surgery i would see a doc friend m.r.i to be safe

90kgs this morning… up two kgs since wednesday!

One of “those” training sessions today, where nothing seemed to click. Probably at least partially due to only getting about five hours of sleep last night, also maybe it had something do do with training much earlier in the day than I usually do.

And I am still very new to DC-training. After going to failure on the first part of a rest-pause set with incline dumbell-presses, i found it virtually impossible to clean the weights back up into position for another mini set (after only about 15 breaths)… Same problem when shoulderpressing dumbells.

Oh well, still look bigger and fuller than usual though, and weight this morning was 90.7kgs.

No noticable ides yet apart from a slight headache after deadlifts.

It is obviously water, but i bet you look and feel ‘swole’ and just great huh? I will admit, they are both ‘fun’ steroids! i really love orals for that reason, and they do hgave a place in users arsenals.

Hows your strength? Hows your look/shape/individual muscular size looking?

Thats the thing… neither Dianabol nor Anadrol are big muscle gaining steroids… they are all bloat and great results while on - so the use of other steroids can promote the Protein Synthesis and Nitrogen Retention and you can ‘solidify’ the bloat… thats kinda the reason everyone doesnt do this at all… that and the toxicity of course… and the nosebleeds, gyno… BP, Cholesterol… anyway, this isnt one of THOSE posts! ;p!

Take dianabol for Example… take away all the water and bloat - and what kinda anabolic you you have? Mild actually. It is nowhere near as anabolic as a Nandrolone. Not even close… more like the results from var.

I might be able to find the quote where i read that, but i dont know off hand - plus it is still subjective… so probably no need IMO.

Well I don’t look very bloated, but of course there is some bloat.

Strength is def up a bit…

I do believe the inclusion of winny, in addition to helping with drol sides, might also solidify some of the otherwise “wet” gains a bit.

plus it is 50mg a day isnt it? that is enough for results in musculature…

The fun thing about this is that all the bloat at least SEEMS to be in the muscles. Arms and thighs and shoulders look sligthly bigger than usual, and there’s no discernible puffines to be seen in the face or anywhere else. Yet. :slight_smile:

When i ran my two weekers, most of the results materialized near the end of week two, especially strength. This time I won’t go off after two weeks, so it’ll be interesting to compare how week three and four will be.

Hah! Trained biceps, calves, hams and quads last night like a madman! Strength is up, especially noticable on the stifflegged deads.

Oh, and holding the 15 sec stretches in the bottom of EVERY rep of calfraises is some of the most painfull effing training torture ever.

I wish my appetite was a bit better.

hehe, yes, I trained forearms too, just forgot to mention them.

The leg part of the workout tends to dominate in my mind! :slight_smile:

Yesterday was chest, shoulders, triceps, back width and back thickness.

A week and a half week into the drol/dbol/winny stack I have definitely gained a few kgs (91kg this morning) and feel stronger overall.

I also feel recovery is VERY good between sets. I actually get more and more fired up as the training session progresses and I need only a short amount of rest between exercises even when going to complete failure.

I do struggle a bit with getting in enough cals. Appetite could be better… This is because of the anadrol?

Today was biceps, forearms, calves, hams and quads.

Did preacher curls for biceps today and the size of my biceps afterwards would have sent arnold and sergio oliva cowering in awe and fear! Ok, slight exaggeration but my arms really blew up on these.

Did front squads for quads. Yep, haven’t done these much before and now I remember why: they hurt all over! However I did use more weight on these than I have ever done before for reps.
Finished with hack squat widowmaker. Very unpleasant.

Coming up on two weeks on the drol/dbol stack in a few days, and so far I like the results!

I do everytime.

No, no nosebleeds. But I do seem to be coming down with a flu. read somewhere this was a common side with drol. Hope it’s just a few days.

Today I repeated the exercises from my first day on DC and increased weights AND reps on everything.

Felt like the hulk!

I caught this thread late. Drol/dbol have a verry good synergestic effect with each other. So yes they are better to run together rather than alone. Throw in some test and deca and your good to grow. Slin will help also.
