Any lifters out there in the stpetersburg florida area looking for a great hardcore weight room to lift in , check out The 54th Ave. Gym on 54th ave N. and just past 40th street in the Kenneth City section of town.
It is newly revamped and remodeled and is set up for hardcore lifters and strength training. The gym’s own powerlifting team works out there in the evening but they are a good bunch of guys who will help you out and will not hog the equipment all to themselves. Make no mistake this is not a golds or lifestyle gym. This is old school He-man weightlifting. NO CRYBABIES! Whiners and posers are quickly weeded out.
The gym is open for members 24/7 365 a year and is located on the top floor of the building it is in. The steps are a last brutal test for you after leg workouts and the first brutal test for you on the next day!
I have been a member for 3 years and have benefited from this gym because it is full of strong educated lifters who share what they know and who seek knowledge from others. Give it a look and see if it is for you. Anyone in the forum familiar with this gym post replys please. Ken
