I’ve been having issues with feeling all pressing movements in my front delts too much lately so I figured I’d try the squeeze press. Hot dang, I really like this movement. I was wondering if anyone that’s spent some time with it has any suggestions on periodization or tempo or any overall opinions.
Slow up and down squeezing as hard as I can seems to work good for now but I’ll be experimenting options. Using low incline for now.
