Squats

Thank you all. I had a training session last night. And did some major stretching before hand and was able to get lower in my squats. However, I went back to basics and paid more attention to form with very light weight. At first, as one of the posters stated, I am having balancing problems. After two warm up sets to help with form and balance, I was able to get in some really good sets with moderate weight. I’ll keep practicing, that’s for the tips.
