Squats or Deadlifts? Which is The King of Lifts?

Probably because you have really long arms and legs? It is so weird for me to see others with such different squat to deadlift ratios than my own. I can’t imagine deadlifting 405 yet i can squat way more than you. Very weird. I squat around 345 and deadlift around the same. I’d say proportionally i have normal to short arms and normal to long legs. I think my flexibility may be a big issue in deadlifting though because i find it very uncomfortable lifting in the bottom portion of the deadlift.

i fink am quite proportioned, when i get to the bottom of my squat i tend to lean forwrd, when i push up with my legs my lower tends to start movinf backwards and my torso bends. i assume its coz my back is weak but my dl makes me think otherwise?
