Front Squat - 365x3
Back Squat - 435x3
Deadlift - 480x3
Bench Press - 315x3
Overhead Press - 195x3
Chin-Ups - 27 (in one all out set)
My program:
Sunday - Deadlift + Accessories
Monday - Overhead Press + Accessories
Tuesday - Front Squat + Accessories
Wednesday - Bench Press + Accessories
Thursday - Back Squat + Accessories
Friday - Push Press + Arms
Saturday - Party + Tequila
I don’t have a specific program or set/reps I follow. I go entirely off feel. The main lift is pushed heavy, usual to a top set and 3 down sets. All accessories are done for 2-5 sets for 10+ reps. How many accessory lifts I do depends on how much time I have and how good I feel.
