Squat Rack Curls 5.0

This is more of a gripe than a SRC, but 99% of people just absolutely butcher the pull up. Body flailing all over the place, legs swinging up and down, half ROM.

It has to be universally common that this is the exercise performed with the worst form and least ROM.

Anonymity MUST be watching crossfat videos again since those are the idiots that butcher the pull-up
the worst ! Ever heard of kipping pull-ups ? W T F !

i actually feel like that is a better solution than other weight-loss miracles (lipo, gastric bypass surgery, etc) but it is ridiculous.

Me too, he must eat a lot of leaves to make up 4000 calories.

i like to take that part literally

The thing about people with horrible form is why can’t they realize that when they do whatever exercise it is they’re not doing at all like ANYONE else?!!?
I mean there’re guys at my gym that curl but do it in that way where they keep the arm bent the whole time and sort of rotate their shoulders so the bar comes up…and they’ve been doing this for months; it’s not their first day in the gym.

Last week one day there were 3 guys in my gym wearing jeans. OK, maybe you’re in jeans because you want to fit in some benching on the way home or whatever fuck…but this is at 6:30AM and one of these guys wears jeans every day and he only does stationary bike!

saw a lebanese guy at the university gym squat 405 for 8 at or very close to competition depth. so there are some serious people here.

Saw a short but somewhat stocky guy deadlift 205 lbs and drop the bar from full extension. And before that, he was almost half squatting. Some serious people here too.

I love guys that set up a giant stack and need help getting into position on the lat pulldown machine so that they can do 1/4 ROM sets.

Is that Mark Bell…?

The dude is a fucking beast. I enjoyed the video however, especially ā€˜bicepural groove’ part

I should’ve posted this here instead of my log:

some random guy stacked 45# plates in the middle of the gym floor, between two smith machines, a HS shoulder press and a flat bench. he stacked maybe a dozen or so on top of each other, then hoisted a decline bench on top. then he got on it and started doing random ab exercises with a 25# plate and an 8# medicine ball…

I have the biggest urge to start ā€œSparta Kickingā€ people when they do dumb shit. The Sparta kick would be that scene from 300 when he kicks the dude in the pit. Anyway, people who do dumb shit should get sparta kick, this is not limited to the gym. For example, people who pass you when its a fucking snow storm and then are shocked when their car is in a ditch. The tow truck driver by law should sparta kick this individual and then proceed to remove the car. In the example that fr0IVIan has given fr0IVIan should have right to wait for this person to finish their dumbass routine and then BOOM! Sparta kick! the dude right in the chest.
