i’ve never seen one of those things before so i’ve no idea how to use it but whatever that old guy is doing… its wrong. i almost missed the “lifts” as it seemed he straightened his arms about an inch for 1/4 of a second

I like how he has an entourage with him lmao

You could do a quick Youtube search for “Hammer Strength Press” to get an idea. The scary part is the fact that this guy claims to be a trainer.

I’m so signing up for his dance lessons

There is someone laughing at the end of the video… i’m not sure if he is laughing at him or a congratulatory laugh?? The people applauding him are retarded.

he dances like how I imagine Larry David does

also, I like how he looks so nonchalant after doing the hammer strength ‘presses’

I am familiar with hammer strength presses and still had to go back to the beginning of the video multiple times, thinking I had somehow missed the actual lift. But no, he just never even performed one rep in the entire video. What are these people thinking?

Hahah I love that he demands his entourage put the weights on for him

He didn’t even straighten his arms at the end. Really? Come one.

hahahaa I didn’t even realise that his “reps” were the actual lifts.

A favourite at my gym - supersetting incline bench presses in the smith machine with chatting on the phone. Pisses me off…

So the other day I saw this guy doing decline benches with this guy spotting him. Nothing too out of the ordinary.

Well the kicker was, the spotter needed extra leverage so he had to step a foot forward so he was more under this bar… and so that his junk was right over the guy "benching"s face.

tl;dr spotter teabags a brah.

^don’t you know that’s the new way to spot on the bench brah?!

the juices seeping from his sack drip pure testosterone sweat into his tear ducts.

the douchebags got a new way to do their ‘thing’.

Can’t watch that without imagining a few people waiting outside of frame for fuckthermos here to stop dicking around on the equipment so they can use it. What a colossal douche.

Of what use is a “bodybulding method” that leaves you weighing 165 pounds and looking like any other old guy with his pants pulled up too high?

finally got around to taking this. looks like my gym has the right idea:

I have to have one foot forward in front of/under the bar when i spot some of my friends, if im actually going to be able to help them if they fail. However, i don’t keep my balls right above their face… Allso the benches are all fancy and suck major ass. Almost impossible to spot no matter how you do it.
