Squat Rack Curls 3.0

Be nice to the fat kid, get him interested in weights, so he can reveal his hotness. Jeez.

Yesterday… walking towards leg press, on OTS BBB, so pretty nackered/breathing heavy/sweat literally filling areas where you just dont wanna know… So all in all a good work out.
This oke walks up to me, you guys would kill yourself if you had to see him. Every single day me and my mates watch this dude, there’s always something that he does that just defies logic, how he hasnt snapped anything in his body still shocks me to my core hahaha!

But anyways he looks at me in his normal cocky way and says ā€œOh so leg press? Yeah i might do some later, just gonna hit some squats man, you know like Arnie?ā€ā€¦ im like ā€œYeah, yeah okay enjoy manā€ā€¦
He proceeds to walk to the weight… 132lbs (60kg)… awkwardly places it HIGH on his neck, not even traps, grabs each plate with a hand, not holding the bar… and gets the most narrow stance he can, just drops to the ground, knees giving way first and ass that doesnt even move backwards and proceeds to ā€œGRINDā€ out like 8 reps… gets up and rakcs the thing… looks at me and smiled. FACEPALM…

IM not even gonna tell you how he did the leg press afterwards on a ridiculus amount of weight… just why??? haha thats all i gotta say lol!

there’s a couple in my gym that workout together. the girl was squatting and her boyfriend was spotting her. he was going up and down with her and the entire time he had his hands cupped on her boobs.

Let me start off by saying i’m not sure if this is a real thing or something SRC worthy…

I went to a new gym yesterday. Lots of serious lifters and some pretty huge dudes so it was a good atmosphere right off the bat. There was a group of three guys doing incline DB press. Lifter 1 grabs his DB’s, sits on the bench and before he leans back to start pressing lifter 2 literally slaps the shit out of his upper back. It was so damn loud! Then lifter 1 pops the DB’s up, sits back and reps em out.

I’ve never seen a guy in the gym slap another guy on the back like that before a lift. Is that a serious thing or just a pump you up move? Either way these dudes were huge so even if its not it was working for them.

hahaha thats funny cause I was spotting my GF while she was doing DB incline of her own… after she saw those guys slapping each other she said ā€œcould you just slap me in the face a couple times before I goā€ and we laughed about it… Some people get super siked up with that shit.

So, whenever you need a spot, I can be at the Ambassador bridge in like 20 minutes.

Saw a guy in the gym wearing a garbage bag as a shirt today. He had cut holes out for the arms and head. Looked bizarre, obviously.

I was told later that people, especially if they need to make a weight class for something, do this to increase water loss through very intense sweating. You learn something new everyday…

Here in Balad, Iraq, this is what I see:

-Lack of weight training education to all military personnel, and 95% of civilians.

-Half Squats in Squat Rack.

-Quarter Squats in Squat Rack.

-1/8 Squat in Squat Rack.

-Toeing, in the squat rack.

-Knee’s 8 inches over toes, in the squat rack.

-ā€˜I’m going to roll my shoulders in a circular fashion while doing shrugs, on box, IN the Squat Rack’ guy.

-The same fat woman doing some kind of Tai Chi for the past 6 months, and never enters the weight room, and still looks the same.(Not SRC related, sorry)

-Doing bent over row’s on a 8 inch box with an EZ-Bar with fixed weight of 100lbs that never passes the plane underneath his feet.(Not SRC related)

^Same guy squats 315lbs by raising his ass first, then performing a good morning, and wonders why his lower back hurts. I inform him that he needs to train his lower back which is his weakness, and he says he does a lot of stiff legged dead lift work, so I let it go and say 'ok;. (WTF!!)

-Indian, Bangladeshi, Sri Lanka, Philippino, African, Bosnian’s, all they focus on is curls and bench. And never even bother to enter the Squat Rack. It wouldn’t fucking matter, 98% of them don’t know what they’re doing either.

-Me, taking up the Squat Rack to do shoulder presses. But no one fucks with me when they hear me clank 135 over my head for 10+ reps.
