I posted a question asking if you can get big legs without squating
I have decided not to give up squats.
So the next question is what’s the best squat progression/ program for strength and muscle mass for intermediate
I saw a Greg knuckles one a week program
I’m not looking for something crazy like 20 reps as when I do squats I get totally whipped out but my legs feel way better then any leg press
I don’t want to go hardcore for the sake of hardcore and then not wanna do squats but I still wanna push forward
I’m happy to get whipped out on something substantial
I have done 77.5kg squats for 2 sets of 5 and Ive been going a linear progression model
I find it easier and more fun with a plan laid out instead just trying to force weight or reps without any proper plan for progress
