so you’re saying that you stopped working out and then when you started back up you admittedly neglected your legs and now your wondering why they are weak?

You cant even squat a plate on each side? Thats just a lack of hard work right there. Get into the gym and start lifting legs seriously.
Never said I was wondering why they are weak. ^^ I stated why they are weak because I neglected them. I just want some tips on improving my squat.
Squat.

I agree. Learn how to squat. You’re obviously doing something terribly incorrect.

Squats and milk

My best tip for increasing squat is to start squatting three times a week 3x5 like mon-wed-fri and just increase the weight each time you completed 3x5 on a certain weight.

How tall are you? Those numbers seem weird… Your DLing 350 but you cant squat 135?

Am I the only one who doesn’t think the numbers are that odd?? ATG squats are a whole different ball game than parallel squats. I just wouldn’t automatically assume his form or technique is shit.

Idk, maybe I’m biased as someone who can pull 505 but only squat 370 parallel. Some of us are just natural deadlifters. Or look at someone like Cressey who’s DL completely trumps his squat.
