Squat Form

Guys,

For those of you who train Westside or are starting to train Westside and are frustrated with your squat numbers. I suggest you read Dave Tate’s TNT articles on Elite FTS. The second one has a nice little section on proper squat form. I thought that I had been sitting back but when I read in that article that you sit back by leading with your hips I knew I had been doing it wrong. So on Saturday doing low box squats I hit my previous PR for a triple that could have easily been a done for 5. Now that I’ve read that articel I really want to watch the Squat video.

I just ordered the squat workout from elite last night. It should get to me before my next de session. I’ve read the articles but I think watching it will really help.
