Squat Form Check

Issues I’m concerned about:

  1. My knee’s aren’t really moving forward alot, they kinda stay in the same place. Is that okay?
  2. Is my chest high enough?
  3. Am I leaning too far forward?
  4. I’m going below parallel, but I don’t really feel it in my glutes. Am I doing something wrong?

Thanks,
Jeff

Hard to tell from the video/angle, but the bar doesn’t appear to be moving in a straight line

Your knees look fine just keep on focusing on keeping them out.

yes/no - looks good to me - That weight looked pretty light so keep in mind form typically goes to shit as you get heavier.

no, but like I said above, that weight is light. I consider a weight that I can do for mare than about 5 reps light…

sounds retarded, but next time you squat squeeze / flex your ass hard in the hole and imagine humping the air in front of you.By "humping, I mean that you do one long hips forward movement, get it? This will engage your glutes. The reason you don’t feel them is your prolly used to pressing with your legs. IDk… play with it and see if you can get a mental Que to help you.
