Did lower body workout today and tried standing good mornings and stiff-legged deadlifts.
After that I filmed my form at home with just a plasticstick but what he hell is going on with my back?
It`s like curving or something strange.
See edited post above, I wouldn’t worry too much. If you stay tight and don’t feel pain, you should be fine to continue and add weight.

This! Don’t get too caught up. Also, it doesn’t look like rounding, it looks like tissue. I reckon it could be muscle, I knew a guy at my gym who had a similar thing. It looked at first like he had the worst lower back rounding but when you actually looked at it it was an oddly shaped/developed muscle. Make sense?
