So currently im at ~180 lbs and while my long term goal is to bulk up to around 200 lbs, i want to cut down to look good for spring break (goin to Mexico). have roughly 9 weeks to get leaner and maintain the accumulated muscle mass.
Anyway im planing on doing a 5 day body part split. and also doing Thib’s IBUR(sprinting) 2 days a week. at the start. around week 6 im gonna change to 3 lifting sessions a week and 3 sprinting. Also gettin my diet in order. Gonna be consuming Flax seed, eliminating most wheat based products, breads potatoes and getting my carbs from other sources.
My question is what supplements should i take to maximize my fat lose. As of right now im thinkin Metabolic Drive for recovery, Surge for maximum intensity and little extra drive during workouts, Fish oil(liquid form for potency) for all its marvelous benefits. Want to take HOT-ROX too but becuase i just recently overcame thyroid disease (hyperthyroidism) im worried that it could affect the condition so im reluctant to take it.
Anyway just wondering if i should change any of the supps im gonna take. or maybe revise my plan. trying to get the best aesthetic physical appearance i can get in this period of time. once i come back from vacation back to lifting for muscle growth and trying to get to that 200 lb mark
you may want to consider sweet potatoes, brown or wild rice, and quinona in post workout meals to help with recovery, use Surge postworkout, save the Metabolic Drive for before bed to prevent night-time catabolism.
also since you have tyroid issues, don’t drop too low on the carbs.
i am reticent to give you advice on HOT-ROX due to your recent thyroid condition as i do not have enough info to make a safe recommendation. try posting your question on the HOT-ROX extreme thread, Cy wilson may answer it there, he is the expert.

Im planing to get most of my carbs from plant sources and try to maintain a high fiber intake. something along the lines of the t-dawg 2 diet and the closer i get to the trip switch to the velocity diet
