Ready For HOT-ROX?

In 2wks I plan to go into an 8-12 wk cutting cycle. I would start sooner, but the day has come where I turn 21 and am going on vacation for a wk with my friends, which will include heavy drinking and probably a bad diet, but I eat so well all the time that I don’t really care -cuz this opportunity only comes once in a lifetime. I’m 6’1 188(17%BF)…and I really want to get into that 10-12% range. I’m planning to supp for the 1st time. I’ve dieted down w/out any help from 250 to 188, but I think its time to try HOT-ROX, after getting some info.(sorry about the long rant but ya so here are the questions, and my routine)…
Strength Train: 4x a wk
HIIT: 2x a wk
MMA: BJJ 1x a wk
Diet: 100g carbs a day, protein 1.5xbw

Training question:
So my questions are do you guys think I’m ready to try a thermogenic, and for a routine im thinking of trying the two 4wk blocks of OVT. Would 2 bottles of hot rox be sufficent? Any other supps I should try or stack with it? I was thinking creatine for the 1st month then dropping it the 2nd month.
Diet Question:
right now i take in around 2100-2400k/cals a day…any tweaking nessecary, or just keep it around there…up the carbs, to keep strength up maybe?

Any input would help me out alot…I’ve read quite a few of the posts about HOT-ROX and am deff. interested…just hoping its for me.

Just a slight adjustment to what you’re doing,

BF% = 17%
TBW = 188 lbs.
BF. = 32 lbs.
LBM = 156 lbs.
Prot Req = 235g
Prot/Meal = 40g (based on 6 meals)
Fat Req 62g

Make sure you’re eating lean cuts of meat and getting your fat from olive oil, flaxseed oil, fish oil, nuts, avocados and the saturated fat you get in your meat and eggs.

And yes, since you’re training and have your diet pretty well dialed in, you’re ready to take the big leap off that thermogenic mountain – though it’s probably more of a volcano, acutally :wink: – and start taking HOT-ROX.

so are you saying that i should up my carbs to around 240g a day…or what? w/40g a meal recomendation…if i were to do that…id much rather taper off the carbs and not consume any after probably 6 or 7pm…

is that what you mean by cutting? if so
i think you need to eat more lift more
and build more muscles bc that fat would
go lower and lower as you build muscle.
Tampa-Terry, is this true what i’m thinking? if not explain it to me alittle to so that i can understand it.
