Sprained knee

what’s up guys, i recently had a knee to knee with one of my teamates in a football game after almost blocking a punt an it seems to be an ACL strain i haven’t got it looked at by a professioanl yet(my chiropractor’s on vacation) but that’s what I think it is. Any suggestions on getting back to 100% as soon as possible (ie what exercises to perform?, anything i should stay away from until it fully heals. it seems very like a minor injury but i wanna get it out of the way an move on,
