Splitting Workout

I have been doing total body workout for a couple years, constantly changing the routine.
I started doing a push ,pull and legs split Now I am thinking of splitting chest, back, shoulders legs and Arms split would that be splitting it too much?

Keep mixing it up and see if it works. NOTHING is the wrong way if it’s building muscle for you.

I’ve seen people split their routines much more than that. Hell, Currently I’m on a 5 day split :slight_smile:

I’ll stay with this for another month or so then change it again.

I am currently working a two day split, and it seems to be work at the moment. I agree with Dave in that nothing is WRONG if you are building muscle
