Fortitude training -DC training-and jordan peters style ( top set/ back off set )of upper-lower what would be more effective for mass accumulation and why so?
What’s the cons and pros of each style??

If you think an other training method would be more effective please discuss!!
( for my personal situation I lagg on delta-arms-legs and an upper / lower scheme allows twice leg training and also more days hitting body parts vs a bro split…and if recovery permits when I blast maybe a fifth day of delt-arm could be addded as well!) more effective please discuss!!
