T-folk, Im pretty much half way through my 12 week mass/strength routine. I posted my workout some weeks bad and had some good advice from Coach D, Nate dog and siscokid amongst others. I am following ‘12 weeks/upper body’ by Ian King, and I had 2 other workouts -one was the first half of booming biceps(deads, etc), and the other was davies style/functional strength. I am having to work even longer hours and am just wasted from this split at the moment, and i just was sore constantly - the situation will not resolve till the new year. I am continuing with the ‘12 weeks’ routine, and am I want to continue with my snatch deadlifts. I was thinking of having 2 short workouts, one 55 snatch deads and the other 55 front squats/hack squats, with calves and abs done on both, or perhaps do it all in one workout? What do you guys think, I need to keep it to under about 40mins - and not fry myself out. Again. Cheers guys.
