My trunk isn’t huge, but it’s the econo prowler. I know it would fit in the back of the Explorer just fine, but my husband wouldn’t be okay with that.
I seriously would put my seats down and cruise through town with a prowler and some plates flying through my car. Safety is overrated.

I know. That’s like when I picked up my rack, bar and plates. I spent several hours driving on the highway getting home with over 700lbs of plates strategically strewn about the back of my van. If I’d rolled the van it would have been bad but I didn’t and now I have cool shit.

In a car it’s going to be a tight fit, I know I have to put down one of the seats in the trailblazer for it to fit with no problems.

So, I might have to run and do the meet on 3/20 out here, I was thinking that Raw Nationals only required a USAPL total for qualifying, but that total has to be raw. D’oh! There is the meet on 3/20, and then there might be one in May, but with Women’s Nats on 5/23, I don’t know that I want to do a meet that month, and then have Nats.
Either way, I will just be going there to get a total. Literally, I’ll squat like, 135, bench 95, and deadlift 135. Hahah!

PMPM, you will not squat 135, bench 95, and dl 135! I’ve seen you lift and know how talented you are. I, on the other hand, am doing the 3/20 meet geared for the first time and am a wee bit nervous about all the accoutrements. Fitting the suit, timing of wrapping knees to minimize total numbness, etc. See you there.

RMLC, exit 7 off of 225. Don’t come to this meet, come to a good meet!
Squatted to 255 for a single tonight. Depth was good to my eye but close. Depending on who is judging, I could get red lighted.

The uprights come out but the rest is does not collapse at all. In my 1/2 ton truck it slides just inside the wheel wells (so it’s about 4’ wide).
