I’m feeling good. A little scared about benching and getting the shirt on right, but things will work out. Coach and I decided I will scare people with my squat, and then they will realize I’m a one-trick pony when I bench!

Did some cardio last night, watched The Tudors. The Tudors is almost as entertaining as my fellow gym goers. Highlights included “thong falling down and I can see the panty line” girl and “wears velour sweats drinks soda and sings out loud to her headphones” woman.
