Spill Over Effect

This thread is like an exercise in overcomplication.

you still don’t get it. And probably never will.

Do your squats, deads and bench on the same day and then do upper body accessory work and add combat pyramids and zumba to top it all off.

And post on the beginner’s section for a while.

Agree. If I’ve trained my legs effectively, I don’t think I could really train anything else with any kind of serious focus.

The bench press is 10 miles away? Damn, that’s a big gym.

I’d get a scooter if my gym were that big.

You think they make you pay a fare or it comes with the membership? I don’t usually carry cash at the gym.

A Segway in the gym would kick ass. Maybe even invent some “functional exercises” to do on it.

Get yourself one of these bad boys:

I once squated and benched in the same workout. WOW did I spill over! What a mess. I’m never doing that again. Took me a good half hour to clean up the spillage. Thank god for Bounty, its the quicker, picker-upper. I recommend the double quilted version, with the pleated sheets. It might have taken 45 minutes if I would have used a cheaper generic paper towel brand.

come on u americans, catch up with the rest of the world! its all about the metric now

m = metres

Everyone knows that the metric system is a passing fad, like slap-bracelets or staying married.

And pockets. We all know they aren’t sticking around.

I don’t wear any pants with pockets ever since I caught one of these little critters napping in a pair of my good jeans.

If you had used the ShamWow it would’ve taken like 3 seconds.

I didn’t anticipate such a big spill. Next time I’ll be better prepared.
