I’m racking my brain comparing Spike Shooters, Spike Shotgun and Spike tablets (maybe I need some Spike to figure this out).
I’m not concerned about any of the non-caffeine versions, so that cuts down my confusion some.
I’m seeing: Spike Shooters yohimbine and B-12 … NO beta-alanine or thiamine disulphide
Spike caps yohimbine and Thiamine disulphide … NO B12
Spike Shotgun B-12 and Beta-alanine … NO yohimbine or thiamine disulphide
Right???
What I’m most confused about is the difference between Spike Shooters and caps.
I loved the Spike Shooters, but it’s been a while since I had them, and even longer since I had the caps. I forgot how I felt with the caps, but they would be more convenient at times than the Spikehooters.
I read through all the discussions in all 3 product threads, and I’m still confused.
I’m looking first for better focus (anti-ADD while training), then energy. More focus throughout the day on non-training days would be great too.
I’m making my next order for a while and just need some clarification on the differences between the products.

I find the Spike tabs provide me with a longer mental buzz, while the Spike Shooters are more like “let’s fuckin’ go… NOW!”
The Spike Shotguns seem to be somewhere in the middle of those two.
From what you’re looking for, I think the Spike tabs might be better (more of a focused sensation).
Hope that helps a little, man.[/quote]
Yea I think I’ll be getting both the tabs and Spike Shooters. Just not sure how much of each.
I take it, a tab early on in the day, then a Spike Shooter about an hour before training is bad?
Working out in my garage, I get days where I’m just not into it and my mind is all over the place. Other days I feel great and look forward to my training.
For focus go with the tabs. I realize you aren’t interested in the Caffeine-Free version but that is what I use since they are more versatile in my experience than the ones with Yohimbine.

I was thinking more about it and yea, I can think of where I would use the caffeine free tabs, but their out of stock right now so I just got the shooters and regular tabs for now.

What exactly is Thiamine disulphide, I searched it on google but couldn’t find anything relevant. I’m familiar with all the other ingredients, although that one doesn’t ring a bell.

I found info on it when I searched for “thiamine di 2-methylpropionate disulfide”. I was too lazy to type that all out in my first post.
Here’s what I found about it from a random website after a google search:
“Thiamine di(2-methyl-propionate) disulfide is a modified version of the vitamin thiamine, which plays a key role in the proper functioning of the nervous system. It’s also involved in carbohydrate metabolism, which is important for mental processes (the brain predominantly uses glucose for fuel) and for fueling weight training. Thiamine can help improve your memory and recall, increase muscle control, and increase muscle endurance during short bouts of intense activity. Unfortunately, thiamine isn’t easily absorbed so taking it regularly offers poor bioavailability. Modified versions of the supplement, such as thiamine di(2-methylpropionate) disulfide, enhance absorption and the function of thiamine.”

I’ve been Spiked and now I think I’m addicted to the effects.
I’m taking Speech 101 this quarter and the Spike tabs I ordered are right on the money putting me in the zone.
I really like the mental clarity Spike tabs give me. How different are the drinks? I read the posts above but it’s not really the answer I’m looking for. I only like to take 1 tab of Spike b/c the pills are so powerfull.
How many tabs would you guys say the 3 drinks equal out to? Would you even reccomend them for me or do you guys think they’d be too much for me? Like I said, 1 Spike tab puts me in the zone.
Also I don’t know where to start on the flavors. I wish you guys sold a variety pack of the flavors so I don’t have to buy 3 cases to find out which one I like best.
