LOL thanks for all the input. Like Flipcollar pointed out, getting bigger has only helped with meeting new girls, so obviously going to keep doing it.

Ok so today did my 2nd Push day of the week. Hit HS Incline, Wide Grip BB Inclines, and Stretcher Pushups for chest. Then after laterals and rear delt flies, worked with the 55’s for DB Seated Press, hitting a set of 8, then doing a rest pause set of 8+2+1 lolololol. Finished of triceps with HUGE rope pushdown drop sets and EZ Bar Extensions.

Diet was on point. Tomorrow, suppose to go to a buffet, so will likely save my carbs and fats all for really one meal. IIFYM, right? lol

Also, was SUPER tired today, just from all the stress that is finals week as both a student and RA in college. But STILL added some decent weight on lifts today.

Did Legs today. FML. Killed. Did 145x12, 175x9, 205x6 this time for Front Squats, too better manage fatigue. lol. Was tired and spinal erectors from top to bottom were sore from rack Pulls, so was careful. Added weight to most movements.

Had almost all my fats and carbs in one meal today. lol. No biggie.

Thinking the only day that might suck is Sunday, as I have to do something called close-down, basically from 6am-6pm I’ll be checking residents out and cleaning a building with 27 floors, each floor with 20 rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, etc. Probably will have to take an extra off day that day, and while I’ll still hit macros, may not get in 5 meals, but more like 3, as after close-down, I have a 2.5 hour drive back home. FML lol

This is a bit worrisome to me. I like deads where they are, but we don’t want erectors to be a limiting factor on leg day. Swap machine hack squats or smith squats in for front squats. Stick to 3 sec negatives and same sets/reps.

NO ONE would hold it against you if you took 2 or 3 rest days/week with this intense of a program! Lol, don’t worry about it. Just take the extra day off and kill it monday.

Any who, did Push ‘Power’ Day. Started off with Flat DB press, hitting 75’sx8, 85’sx6, then 95’sx3.5. Then went to Incline BB, where I overestimated myself I guess, and only got 175x4, but somehow hit it for another 4 on the next set? Think I’m just still getting use to the movement.

Hit lateral raises, then Push Presses, 115x2x6. Once again, decent endurance, but shitty power output right now lol. Finished up with a top set of 6 on Dips with 45lbs added, and left.

Have been busy alllllllll day. Been so hectic. But workout was great.

Also, tweaked the meals a bit. Not a biggie, just FYI.

Meal 1: 50g P, 30g F (Whey +Coffee+ VCO)

Meal 2: 50g P, 100g C (Powerade During Lifting, Whey After)

Meal 3: 50g P, 100g C, 15g F (Eggs, Ezekial Bread, Jelly, and Cottage Cheese)

Meal 4: 50g P (Whey OR Chicken Breast)

Meal 5: 50g P, 100g C, 30g F (Probably a Burger tonight)

LOL have another date… So ate like this so far, and really prefer it.

Did Pull Pump work today. Was good. Lats and upper back got worked hard, and biceps were jelly by the end.

Aced my last final this morning, now gotta finish up a few papers and i’m done with this semester. Not gotten a lot of sleep, but making it through by getting in naps and stuff.

Hai guis. Time for updatessss. These are straight out of bed (at noon because I was up SUPER late last night). Post-bathroom, weight was 189.6! So dropped a bit more weight.

Taking the next 2 days off, because I am just swamped with work. I had like 3 hours of sleep last night, and will be busy all day tomorrow. Very excited with how I’m looking though. Had a um… female ‘friend’… stay with me last night, who hadn’t stayed over in about 2-2.5 months. And she was very vocal about how much bigger I was, how I was more ‘muscley’. Which is awesome, seeing as i’m roughly the same BW.
