LOL in all reality I’m pretty straight edge. lol. I’ve never drank, or smoked anything, other then I tried a cigar once lol. And not all too promiscuous. So this was in no way planned haha.

But definitely agree, won’t ever really let this hobby interfere with my real life, minus contest prep time. Use to do that when I started out, and I want lifting to be something that compliments my life, not hinder it.

Yeah, It’s not like I don’t do those things because of some moral hang up. Simply have little interest in them. I am only young once, so no need for me to do things I don’t feel like doing, simply because everyone else is :wink:

Wow, thanks guys. REALLY appreciate the comments.

So last 2 days were HECTIC. Had to take both days off lifting. Ended up only getting 1.5 hours of sleep Saturday, woke-up, and worked my ass off until 9pm that night. Then I packed my shit, loaded it, and drove home. Ended up not getting home until 4am, and slept like a baby for awhile. So will be hitting the gym later then usual today lol

Ohh, and yesterday I somehow manages to hit my macros, but not ideal meal frequency. Had a 2 shakes through the day, then hit all the rest of my carbs, fats, and protein in a mega meal at IHOP. lol

Anyways, back to the grind today!

Did my Push Pump workout today at my gym back home that I haven’t been too in some time. Was awesome. Only issue was I was tired, and the Smith Machine I used was different and I ended up not getting all the reps I wanted on high rep Decline.

Was cool though, they changed my gym. At first was pissed, because a lot of my favorite machines were gone and they had a bunch of CF shit in there. But it was cool, because they allow chalk now, had gymnast rings, bands, even 2 prowlers!!! Plus, a TON of competitors were there. Huge chicks posing, hot CF girls, huge dudes who obviously did BB’ing and stuff. Really excited!

Also Jake, curious as to where you suggest I take pics now that I’m home. Was going to take them outside, but figured lighting would be inconsistent. Most my rooms are kind of ‘shadow’ heavy, if that makes sense, so trying to think of a place that wouldn’t make me look ‘myspace angle jacked’ lol

Did Pull Power day today in my garage gym lol. Felt not so great, still trying to catch up on sleep, but that’s alright.

Just letting ya’ll know, my eating habits since being home have been MUCH healthier haha. So far my sources of each macro have been:

Protein: Chicken, Steak, Eggs, Whey

Fats: VCO, Butter, Natty PB

Carbs: White Potatoes, White Rice, Pasta Noodles, White Bread, Jelly, Powerade, Sweet Tea

  • 3-4 servings of veggies everyday so far

Yeah not perfect, but definitely much more nutritious then before. LOL

Clean them, then sit. You’re stronger than me, and I don’t have a problem getting two 66 lbs dumbbells up to my shoulders.

Still, if a machine works better, go for it

Kick em up harder! Haha. That’s the way I always do it, even with heavy ass DB’s. When I clean them, I miss the seat sometimes.
