Workout was really good. Felt awesome this morning. I love my workouts right now. I love having separate days for power vs pump, so I can enter the gym each time with a different mindset. Feels great.

Thanks man. And if you wanna use this thread as a template, go for it lol. Know that I’m lanky with weird leverages and a weird metabolism though, so definitely make adjustments to suit you lol. Good luck dude!

HS Chest Press: Ok, so used a wide grip on this, was a bit harder, but was way more chest (due to monkey arms).

WG Incline BB: Well, I think because HS Press raped my chest before hand, was a bit fatigued for these. May lower weight and get even deeper stretch next week

Lateral Machine:

Rear Delt Flies: Really used the angle of my pinky to like ‘squeeze’ my delts, was tough.

Machine Shoulder Press: Neutral grip is great for these

Rope Pushdowns: Tried to ‘tweak’ my arms on each rep to get that extra squeeze

French Press: Stretch was stupid

Little rest today, just went through and tried to only take the minimal amount of rest needed.

Until Jake’s program I’ve hardly ever touched them. They are cool, but I think you’re tall and lanky like me, so you’ll find that sadly most machines aren’t made ideally for our frames :frowning:

Just took some measurements, and they are sadly really pathetic

Waist (navel): 33.5 inches
Hips: 35.5 inches
Arms: 15.75 inches
Legs (Mid Thigh): 24 inches
